May 2007- Local dive site keme had daily sting ray sightings in a variety of species through out may.

 

 

 

 

 

August 2007 - We saw our first two sea horses, one yellow, one brown. A word of advise you need to have a keen eye to spot them!

                                                                                                         

 

 

 

 

 

September 2007- A new species of nuddie branch made an appearance, beautiful!

 

 

 

 

 
October 2007-Just as waters were about to turn a bit colder the most beautiful jelly fish passed by.

Canal D- Turkish news, September 2007

As we eagerly await the opening of our local ship wreck that went down in the 1980s at Yassa island (Mira m a 30 metre cargo ship), the news team of Canal D thought it was a good time to advertise the benefits of opening this amazing wreck. The controversy about opening the site  all stems from not the wreck itself, but the hundreds of amphorae's (ancient pottery) surrounding it from the 14 previous ship wrecks. Although nothing remains of these ship wrecks today, the pottery left around the most recent ship does add even more excitement to this already fantastic dive.
